


Bec wears many hats and is slowly learning to find the hat which fits best.
From a corporate background in learning and development, she began her own consulting business mentoring small business owners. More recently, she has taken up the role of Chaplain in a local primary school.
Helping children find their value and develop their emotional literacy is hugely rewarding. In her church ministry, you will either find her quietly making a connection one-on-one or teaching to the masses, not a lot in between.
As a panel speaker for CWCI for over four years, Bec has presented to audiences from 20 to 200. She has spoken on mentoring, value, purpose, comparison, and connection.
Bec believes women can learn so much from each other if they can break down the barriers of comparison and expectation.
